The Peak Clean Recruitment process

We understand that joining a new team can be exciting yet daunting. That is why we have streamlined our recruitment process to make it as smooth as possible. 

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Initial Phone Screen
Once we have reviewed your application, HR will contact you for a brief phone interview. We will discuss the role, your qualifications, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: In-Person Interview
If your skills and experience align with our current needs, you will be invited to an in-person interview at our office. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your cleaning experience, and your career goals.

Step 4: Background Check
To ensure the safety of our clients and team members, we conduct a thorough background check. This is a standard procedure in our industry.

Step 5: Job Offer
If you are a great fit for our team, we will extend a job offer. This will include details about the position, salary, benefits, and start date.

Step 6: Onboarding
Once you accept the offer, our onboarding process begins. This includes paperwork, training, and familiarisation with our systems and procedures. We will provide you with the necessary support to ensure a successful start.
