Exterior Cleaning Before Scaffolding Removal

The scope involves removing stickers, debris, tapes, and dust, as well as cleaning frames, glass windows and exterior walls before the scaffolding is taken down.

Exterior Final Cleaning

The final exterior clean ensures your building’s facade shines and leaves behind a polished appearance. If scaffolding has been removed, our team has trained EWP operators who can carry out the exterior cleaning. 23 x very high end apartments in exclusive Remuera over 4 levels sitting atop an underground carpark basement. The façade comprises honed Limestone, Nuwall cladding, and feature fins and louvres. The site is narrow and deep creating access and construction challenges. Peak Clean provided exterior cleaning services and interior cleaning services.

Form Building & Developments Ltd

Huapai Country Club, a luxurious retirement enclave, comprises 12 multi-level structures each housing three-storey retirement accommodations. The development will unfold in stages, with Form completing the construction of stage M1, whilst other contractors erected scattered villas across the site.
