Exterior Cleaning Before Scaffolding Removal

The scope involves removing stickers, debris, tapes, and dust, as well as cleaning frames, glass windows and exterior walls before the scaffolding is taken down.

Exterior Final Cleaning

The final exterior clean ensures your building’s facade shines and leaves behind a polished appearance. If scaffolding has been removed, our team has trained EWP operators who can carry out the exterior cleaning. We are equipped with a full soft wash system to deliver quality and ensure the exterior of the building or house is not damaged.

GN Construction

Set on a ridgeline, Horizon takes full advantage of expansive water and city skyline views and features 41 luxury apartments and two basement levels. Peak Clean cleaned the interior and exterior of the building.

Orion Point Stages 1 and 2

Kalmar Construction Ltd

Orion Point is a premium retirement community nestled on the stunning peninsula between Hobsonville and Scott Points. It contains 97 Care suites and high-end on-site entertainment areas, as well as a Boathouse-Pavilion function centre. Peak Clean cleaned the interior and exterior of the building

Auckland Airport Expansion Project

Hawkins Ltd

Hawkins NZ was awarded the Auckland Airport expansion project. A key part of the project was the Airport Baggage Claim Extension project. Peak Clean worked with the team at Hawkins to clean the new baggage claim areas and the site office as well.

Pullman Hotel

Dominion Construction

Dominion Constructors has been engaged to complete the fit-out of this development. The project fit-out scope spans 311 luxury guest rooms spread across nine floors. Peak Clean was involved in providing exterior and interior cleaning services for part of the project.

With a total of 273 rooms, Abstract provides a refreshing living alternative in the heart of the city. Metlifecare Gulf Rise Lot H consists of a 20-unit apartment block. Each apartment has open-plan living spaces with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Peak Clean was involved in providing exterior and interior cleaning services for the project.
