Offer Expiration: Both Peak Clean School Campaign offers (A & B) expire on March 30, 2026. A signed commitment must be received before the expiry date. Services must start within six (6) months of the signed commitment date.
Discount Scope: The discount applies only to the recurring interior commercial cleaning services. It specifically excludes one-off cleaning services and all exterior cleaning services. The total value of the discount on recurring interior commercial cleaning services shall not exceed $10,000.
90-Day Guarantee: Customer satisfaction is determined by Peak Clean Quality Assessment (QA)* scores. These scores are determined in conjunction with the customer. The guarantee is only subject to activation if the QA score is below 70%. The guarantee relates to the ongoing interior commercial cleaning services only. The Customer Satisfaction Survey will be completed at the end of the 90-day period.
Complimentary carpet clean or vinyl floor clean: The complimentary carpet clean is free for the first 2,500 sqm. The vinyl floor clean is free for the first 625sqm. This offer can be utilised at any time within the 2-year contract period.
Credit of 5%: The credit can be used on any service provided by Peak Clean. If the credit is used for consumables, Peak Clean will supply them directly to the customer at a value equivalent to 5% of the annual recurring interior cleaning contract.
Promo Exclusivity: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
